A view around mile 2.5 of the Heritage Trail.

The trail is an old railroad which has been turned into a trail through the Rails To Trails program.

The old telephone poles are slowly succumbing to nature.

Further down the trail...

...not much is left of the old telephone wires.

The sun is beginning to set and the temperature is dropping fast.

In a few short months I'll be cycling down this trail surrounded with green berry bushes, willow, poplar trees and Spring flowers.
